Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken slices in green tea, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the mixed bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
