Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the trout and tuna in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl mix together tea, diced tomato, honey, yogurt, cocoa powder, dried cranberries and vanilla extract.
4. Once the trout and tuna is cooked through, add it to the above mixture and stir to combine.
5. Finally, spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses and top with sliced turkey breast.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
