
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the trout and tuna in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl mix together tea, diced tomato, honey, yogurt, cocoa powder, dried cranberries and vanilla extract.
- Once the trout and tuna is cooked through, add it to the above mixture and stir to combine.
- Finally, spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses and top with sliced turkey breast.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
