
Steps
- Begin by tenderizing the octopus. Place it in a pot of boiling water for 30-40 minutes until tender, then remove and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the cooled octopus into manageable pieces and add to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated octopus pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
