Steps
1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tuna steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.
3. Remove the tuna steak from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the tuna steak.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
