Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables

A delicious and nutritious stir-fry made with tender beef and a variety of colorful vegetables.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 4. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Add sliced bell peppers and carrot. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender. 6. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat the beef and vegetables. 7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
