
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped spinach and tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the turkey mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
