Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the chopped spinach and tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Fill each mushroom cap with the turkey mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the stuffed mushrooms.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
