
Steps
- Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Dice onion and mince garlic and add them to the pan. Sauté until onion is soft and lightly browned.
- In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin and black pepper.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same pan.
- Shape the turkey mixture into 2 patties. Place them in the pan and cook for about 7 minutes per side until the burgers are cooked through.
- Place the cheese slice on the burgers and let it melt.
- Spread the mustard on the bun.
- Put the burgers on the buns and top with sautéed onions, tomato and lettuce.
- Serve and Enjoy!
