Steps of Preparation: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. 2. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. 3. In a bowl, mix the turkey, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Add any other herbs or ingredients of your choice. 4. Place one pie crust in the pan and spread the filling evenly over it. 5. Cover with the second pie crust and crimp the edges. 6. Cut a few vents in the top crust to allow steam to escape. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden.

Ingredients for 1 person: • ½ cup cooked turkey • ½ cup black beans • ½ cup corn • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced • 1 tablespoon olive oil • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin • Salt and pepper, to taste • 2 pre-made pie crusts • Any other ingredients of choice (garlic, parsley, etc)
