
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the carrot and tomato.
- In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently.
