Steps
1. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add bell peppers, onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat to medium, season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
3. Warm a flour tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds.
4. To assemble the fajita, add vegetables onto the centre of the tortilla, roll and serve with guacamole.
