1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and white onion until fragrant. 2. Add in the zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, and fava beans. Cook until slightly tender. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, spices, salt, and pepper. 4. Serve the veggie mix over the cooked white rice. 5. Garnish with green onions.
