Steps

1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 4 minutes. 4. Flip the chicken and add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. 5. Pour in the white wine and lemon zest. 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 7. Remove the herbs and serve the chicken with the pan sauce spooned over it.
