Wine-Infused Chicken Piccata

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer. 5. Stir in the capers and return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
