Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine wine, garlic, green onion, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Step 2: Reduce heat and add salmon fillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flaking with fork to check for doneness. Step 3: Squeeze juice from lemon over cooked salmon; plate and garnish with sliced lemon and chopped green onion.
