
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, coriander, cumin, and sumac.
- Spread the mixture on one side of the pita bread.
- Place the pita on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool and top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
