Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, coriander, cumin, and sumac.
3. Spread the mixture on one side of the pita bread.
4. Place the pita on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Let cool and top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
