Steps
Steps of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process until you have four layers.
4. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto the phyllo pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Carefully roll up the phyllo pastry, tucking in the edges as you go, to form a tight roll.
6. Place the roll onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the top with olive oil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized rolls.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
