Steps
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add the melted chocolate, ground ginger, ketchup, and chopped onions. Mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the mixture onto the pan, forming small snack-sized portions.
4. Cook until the edges start to set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
5. Remove from the pan and let cool before serving.
