Steps
1. Boil the cubed potato in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
6. Serve the crispy potato bites with a dollop of hummus on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
