Steps
1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
5. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
7. Serve hot with your favorite side dish or salad.
