1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut pita bread into small triangles and place them on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle pita pieces with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and paprika, then toss to coat evenly. 4. Bake pita chips for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through. 5. Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin, and salt. 6. Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to achieve creamy consistency. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning or lemon juice as desired. 8. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil if desired. 9. Serve hummus alongside warm, crispy pita chips.
