Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A succulent turkey breast seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes for a comforting and protein-packed main dish.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. 3. Rub the herb mixture evenly over the turkey breast. 4. Place the turkey breast on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked. 5. Peel and chop the potato into small pieces. 6. Boil the potato in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 7. Drain the potato and mash with garlic (minced), milk, and butter until smooth. 8. Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Slice the roasted turkey breast and serve alongside the garlic mashed potatoes.
