Veggie Fried Onions   

A quick and easy dish with fried onions and other vegetables. A great vegetarian meal for a weeknight dinner!

1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. 2. Slice the onion thinly and add it to the pan. Cook until onions are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. 3. Add the diced carrots, celery, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for flavor. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Serve and enjoy!

- 1 small onion - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder - 1 teaspoon of paprika - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1/4 cup of diced carrots - 1/4 cup of diced celery
