Steps
1. Begin by marinating the chicken breast with ketchup, mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the marinated chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and has a nice golden color.
