Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, low-carb sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then blend again briefly.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to chill and firm up.
