Steps

1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. 3. Add the minced pork to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned. 4. Stir in the chili bean paste and soy sauce, mixing well. 5. Add the soaked glass noodles to the pan, tossing to combine with the meat and sauce. 6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt to taste. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
