Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add apple slices, remaining cinnamon, and honey. Cook for 4-5 minutes until apples soften and caramelize slightly.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, nestle it among the apples, and heat through for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired and serve warm.
