Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced apples; sauté for 3-4 minutes until apples are slightly softened.
6. Stir in honey, remaining cinnamon, and thyme; cook for another 2 minutes until glaze thickens.
7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon glaze and apples over it, and cook for another minute to combine flavors.
8. Serve warm, spooning the apple cinnamon glaze over the chicken.
