Ginger Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add sliced bell peppers and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp. 5. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken and peppers. 6. Toss everything together to evenly coat and cook for another minute. 7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion if desired. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
