Steps
1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a wok or large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add chicken and ginger, stir-fry until chicken is cooked through. 4. Add mushrooms and broccoli, cook until vegetables are tender. 5. Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and scramble the eggs on the other side. 6. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Serve hot.
