Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the chopped onion and cook until caramelized and golden brown.
5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
6. Sprinkle the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the spices are fragrant.
8. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
9. Serve the cooked chicken on a bed of rice.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander leaves.
