Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
6. Let the rice simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed.
7. Remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
8. Stir in the harissa paste and fluff the rice with a fork.
9. Serve hot.
