1. In a bowl, combine garam masala, curry powder, paprika, dried rosemary, gravy browning, minced ginger, and minced garlic to create a marinade. 2. Score the skin of the duck breast lightly and rub the marinade all over the duck, ensuring it penetrates the meat. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Cover the duck and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor. 4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). 5.
