Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula and cook until browned.
3. Stir in diced water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
