Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
4. Stir in diced water chestnuts, chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, spoon the chicken mixture onto each leaf.
6. Top with chopped green onions, peanuts, and a drizzle of sriracha if desired.
7. Roll up the lettuce like a taco and enjoy!
