Garlic Butter Steamed Clams

Steps

1. Clean the clams thoroughly under cold water. 2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper. 4. Add the clams to the pot and cover with a lid. Steam for about 5-7 minutes or until the clams have opened. 5. Discard any unopened clams. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 6. Serve hot with crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
