1. Clean the clams thoroughly under cold water. 2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Discard any unopened clams. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 6. Serve hot with crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
