Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash slightly with a fork.
2. Add the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
5. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving for a cooler taste.
