1. Toast the bread slice in a toaster. 2. Mash the avocado in a small bowl with a fork until it forms a puree. 3. Cut the beef into strips and place on the slice of bread. 4. Spread the avocado puree on top of the beef. 5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve and enjoy!
