
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
- Spoon the mousse into a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
