Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
