Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Remove the stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
4. Arrange the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
