Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant. 3. Add carrot, celery, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and water. Stir in dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
