Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Do not let it boil. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla extract, and beaten egg. 4. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly to prevent curdling. 5. Melt the butter in a large ovenproof skillet or baking dish over medium heat. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat it with the melted butter. 7. Pour the milk mixture over the pasta and gently stir to combine. 8. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top. 10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. 11. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
