
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
- Place mackerel fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper over the mackerel, then sprinkle the olive oil over all.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the mackerel flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables of your choice. Enjoy!
