Baked Salmon with Sweet Potato Mash

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Cut sweet potato into cubes and place in a baking dish. Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, season the salmon fillet with paprika, salt and pepper. 5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 6. Mash the sweet potatoes and serve alongside the salmon.
