Baked Tomato with Garlic

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Place the tomato halves face-up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Add the garlic, oregano, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top of the tomatoes. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes. 6. Serve hot.
