Steps
1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
2. Add the egg, milk, and sugar to the mashed banana and mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine wheat flour, custard powder, and baking powder.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined to form a batter.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
6. Pour small ladles of batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
7. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Serve warm, optionally with honey or syrup.
