
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt. Mix together until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Lay out all the wonton wrappers and spoon 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each one. Top with a teaspoon of ricotta cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Wet your fingers with water and seal each ravioli, making sure no filling is exposed.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the assembled ravioli and brush with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- While the ravioli is baking, melt butter in a small saucepan. Once melted, add parsley and thyme and stir.
- After the ravioli is done baking, pour the herbed butter over them and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
