Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt. Mix together until all the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Lay out all the wonton wrappers and spoon 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each one. Top with a teaspoon of ricotta cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
4. Wet your fingers with water and seal each ravioli, making sure no filling is exposed.
5. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the assembled ravioli and brush with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
6. While the ravioli is baking, melt butter in a small saucepan. Once melted, add parsley and thyme and stir.
7. After the ravioli is done baking, pour the herbed butter over them and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
