Mediterranean Prawns with Pumpkin Puree

This traditional Mediterranean dish is an explosion of flavors with the combination of succulent prawns and creamy pumpkin puree.

Steps

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the prawns and season with salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly browned. 3. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring often. 6. Season with freshly ground black pepper and adjust to taste. 7. Serve and enjoy!
