Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Season the duck breast with salt, pepper, and oregano. 3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. 4. Place the duck breast in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side. 5. Transfer the duck breast to a baking dish and place in the oven for 7-10 minutes. 6. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the butter. 7. Peel the oranges and add the zest and juice to the pan. 8. Add honey, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. 9.
