Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375° F. 2. Place the garlic cloves on a sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and wrap up tightly. Place in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. 3. Rub the lamb steak with salt and pepper. 4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing. 6. Remove the garlic from the oven and mince. 7. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. 8. Drizzle the herbed glaze over the steak slices and serve.
