Hummus and Veg Wraps

A simple wrap recipe made with hummus, vegetables and some seasoning. Perfect as a light and clean main dish.

Steps

1. Spread the hummus evenly on the tortilla wrap. 2. Sprinkle the cooked quinoa over the hummus. 3. Place the carrots on the wrap. 4. Top with lettuce and season with salt, pepper and chili flakes if desired. 5. Fold the wrap and heat in a pan for a few minutes on each side. 6. Serve and enjoy!

For 1 person: -3-4 tablespoons of hummus -2-3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa -1topped carrot, grated -2-3 leaves of lettuce -salt and pepper -chilli flakes (optional) -1 tortilla wrap
